You would never be able to tell that this classic gem was pulled from a barn.

Barn finds are becoming more and more common it seems. More cars are being stowed away to collect value just to be found decades later covered in layers of dust. Naples Classic Car is happy to offer the opportunity to own this beautiful 1973 Porsche 911S barn find. Feel free to make an offer here.

Thereā€™s no telling how long this Porsche 911S sat in a barn or when it was discovered, but judging by the photos, you wouldn't be able to tell that it ever sat in one at all.Ā The Ivory White exterior looks to be in fantastic condition, but it could have been restored back to tip-top shape. Just a hair over 71,000 miles have been clocked on the odometer, so this gorgeous classic has enjoyed the road quite a bit before it was sent into hibernation.Ā

Powered by a responsive 2.4-liter Flat 6 engine with Bosch fuel injection and backed by a 5-speed manual transmission, the 911S is rated at 190-horsepower at 6,500-RPM. An independent front suspension features McPherson struts and torsion bars, and an independent rear suspension consists of trailing arms as well as torsion bars. Four-wheel disc brakes bring everything to a halt.

For the 1973 model year, the 911S was given a new front chin spoiler to keep the car pinned to the ground and reduce front-end lift, which Porsche claimed it did by 40 percent. Because of the effectiveness, Porsche decided to install the chin spoiler across its entire 911 lineup.

When the 1973 911S was brand new, it certainly wasn't cheap. The price of a baseĀ 911S model before any options was over the $10,000 range.

This barn find beauty is being offered at $205,000, so contact Naples Classic Car today to get behind the wheel. A gorgeous example such as this won't last long.Ā
