What a beauty to add to your collection.

Of all the classic American muscle cars, the Chevelle is one of the most sought-after for a number of excellent reasons. That means this 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS probably won’t stay available for ever. After all, it looks almost perfect in every way, an excellent specimen of a legend in its prime.

The 1966 and 1967 Chevelles are sought after by many for their coke-bottle design language, which is most definitely unlike anything since. All the styling flourishes are accentuated by the highly polished black paint, contrasting sharply with the bright chrome trim pieces. The vinyl top and five-spoke wheels are also glistening, while dual hood vents and all the correct badges put the right touches on this car.

Being the Super Sport model, this Chevelle comes with the L34 396ci Turbo Jet V8. That means more power to get those rear tires spinning and your heart hammering. It also comes with an automatic transmission, just in case you’re not entirely sure of your three-pedal driving skills. That means a more relaxing experience if you just want to cruise without worry. What’s more, the air cleaner and valve covers, alternator, and other components are chromed and the engine block has been painted the classic orange, making this Chevrolet show-worthy.

While this car is certainly a blast to drive, it’s also can be a civil beast. Front cross-drilled disc brakes keeps things from getting out of hand. Well-padded OE seats with upholstery in good shape, plus carpet which looks to be in excellent condition make the interior quite inviting. You get to grip the original SS steering wheel and use the factory gauges, while a large tach mounted behind the steering wheel keeps you more in tune with the engine and transmission response. Four more aftermarket gauges are mounted below the center stack on the dash and in the center console, plus a newer sound system deck, upgraded speakers, and a subwoofer in the trunk let you enjoy your music in style.

Chevy Chevelles in good condition like this one will always be highly sought by collectors and enthusiasts alike, making them a wise investment. They’re also a lot of fun to own. If you want to inquire about purchasing this Chevelle SS, contact R&H Motorcar Group for details.
