Obviously, this 80s American muscle car is way beyond stock.

From the first glance, this 1982 Chevrolet Camaro absolutely demands your attention. The first thing which grabs your eye is a tossup between the electrifying blue and pink custom paint job and that massive supercharged engine hulking over the front end. Even the chrome wheels are mesmerizing. Yes, this 80s muscle car is a real looker, but it’s more than just that.

That supercharged engine is a 383ci stroker V8 with a beefy Turbo 350 automatic transmission bolted up. Peak output is estimated at an earth-shattering 640 horsepower, so you can definitely run with the big boys using this Camaro. Everything in the engine compartment is super clean with plenty of reflective surfaces, and that’s key since it’s all out in plain sight. While some at first might think this ride is all about flash, you can quickly demonstrate it’s a serious performance machine.

Of course, you want to be able to properly control all that power, because this Chevrolet really moves. Power front disc brakes help bring everything to a halt in hurry when needed. Power steering is also key, so you’re not wrestling to stick a turn or keep this muscle machine going straight while lighting up the rear tires.

The biggest thing which draws your eye to the car interior is the custom upholstery on the seats, door panels, and center console armrest. Blue and pink stripes really jazz up the gray, plus it creates a connection with the vibrant exterior. As you can see from the photos, this Camaro does have a T-top, which is a great period-correct detail and helps with airflow when the weather is nice. A chromed roll cage looks cool and should help with structural rigidity, a key point when adding so much more power than stock.
